How many sessions of Physiotherapy will it take to get better?

Although every individual person has different needs, broadly speaking, most people benefit from a Physiotherapy initial assessment appointment and then 3-4 follow up sessions. Many people will feel the benefit right from the 1st appointment and improve quickly with our combination of treatment techniques combined with professional guidance and support.

We also provide one-off assessments and one-off treatment sessions for massage or advice with no obligation to purchase a course of treatment.

Alternatively if you are managing a long-term condition then long term physiotherapy may be indicated but perhaps less regularly to suit you and your individual needs.

Additionally, if you are an athlete or a regular with sports and fitness then you may benefit from ‘maintenance work’ when needed such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, movement analysis or corrective exercises.
