Physio-led Pilates class focusing on easing stiffness and back pain by developing whole body mobility and core strength in a mixed ability class. Aimed at adults with a history of back or mobility problems who want to return to exercise in a safe and supportive clinically led class. Mixed ability classes all welcome.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well being. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.
Mary the Physio has undertaken extensive post-graduate study in Clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute: the leading provider of Pilates training for Physiotherapists worldwide. In addition, she is highly experienced in delivering group exercise therapy and has a particular interest in back pain and back care.
